We advocate for young people who want to bring positive change to their lives. For many young people, violent injury is a disease that recurs. Bullets and knives lead to death and disability too early in life. The Wraparound Project aims to stop the revolving door of injuries. Wraparound case managers address the root causes of violence and find resources in the community to address these factors.
